"The Star Crossed 2.0 was a quilt I made one weekend on a whim with Jamie, the owner of Pink Peony Creations. Quilt Alongs with friends are always the best!
Pulling 12 coordinating fabrics for the star can be intimidating. Especially when you are pulling fabrics together last minute and limited to your scraps bin. I started by picking 6 AGF Solids that I loved, and paired them with similar colors from the Everyday Chambray collection by Fableism and loved it immediately! I used Northern Waters for my backing, and Slate for my binding.
My friend Megan now has this quilt, but I love it so much that I may recreate it one day for myself."
